摘要
【目的】检测MAGE 3基因编码的抗原在非小细胞肺癌表达的情况 ,探讨利用MAGE 3抗原对非小细胞肺癌患者进行特异性免疫治疗的可能性。【方法】用免疫组化LSAB的方法对石蜡包埋的组织切片进行MAGE抗原的检测。【结果】 10 4例非小细胞肺癌原发灶肿瘤组织切片中 ,MAGE 3抗原阳性的有 31例 ,阳性率 2 9 8%。【结论】有相当部分非小细胞肺癌患者的肿瘤表达MAGE 3抗原 ,这些患者可能是进行MAGE 3基因编码的抗原介导的免疫治疗的合适人选。
Objective To detect the expression of MAGE 3 antigen in non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) so as to analyse the posibility of using MAGE gene directed immunotherapy to NSCLC patients. Method Using LSAB immunohistochemical technique to detect the expression of MAGE 3 antigen in formalin fixed, paraffin embedded sections. Result MAGE 3 antigen was detected on 31 cases out of 104 (29 8%) primary tumors of NSCLC patients. Conclusion MAGE 3 antigen is expressed in a fair proportion of tumor in NSCLC patients, these patients might be suitable candidates for immune involving antigen encoded by MAGE 3 gene.
