摘要 基于光学Jones方法,计算模拟垂面排列(VA)LCOS的电光特性。在VA-LCOS工艺中,由于垂面锚泊的无限度简并,会出现"脐"缺陷,并且是成对的。在这里,"脐"缺陷可以近似描述成线缺陷,进而介绍了单个"脐"缺陷的弹性能量,以及"脐"缺陷间的相互作用。 We outline the electro-optic properties of VA-LCOS with computer simulation, based upon the method of optical Jones. In the VA-LCOS technology, there is an infinite degeneracy for homeotropic anchoring. In this case, paired umbilics appear, which can be described approximately as the line defects. The elastic energy of single umbilic and the pair interaction are introduced.
