知识溢出的测度模型研究综述

An Overview of Measure Estimation Models on Knowledge Spillovers

近年来,国内外学者结合知识溢出对区域和国家经济增长影响进行的相关研究已经成为技术创新与区域经济研究的趋势和热点。其中,知识溢出的测度问题一直是该领域的难点,而模型的成功选取决定着实证研究的有效性和可操作性。从知识溢出的内涵出发,对目前国际国内知识溢出的主要测度方法——知识生产函数法、全要素生产率法、极值边界分析法、成本函数法、技术流量法和文献跟踪法及其模型进行了总结归纳,对各种模型主要研究的问题、适用条件,以及优、缺点等进行了评价,希望为知识溢出领域的实证研究提供理论上的借鉴和帮助。

In recent years,the ettects of knowledge splllovers on the development ot regional economy ancl state economy have been focal points in the research area of technical innovation and regional economy in China and abroad. However,the measuring of knowledge spillovers is difficult in the field of study while the right choice of model is vital to application and operability of the empirical research. Starting from the connotation of knowledge spillovers, this paper summarizes the measure estimation models on knowledge spillovers,which are TPF,TFP,EBA,cost function approach, technology flow approach and document tracing tracing method. Those models＇ focuses,applicable conditions,merits and faults are discussed fully. Through the summarization and comparison of those models, the paper provides references and great aid for the empirical research on knowledge spillovers.
