糖尿病患者的胃排空及食管运动功能观察

Studies on Gastric Emptying and Esophageal Motility in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

为探讨糖尿病患者的胃、食管运动功能 ,用不透X线标志物测定 2 1例Ⅱ型糖尿病 (DM)患者的胃排空及用SG - 3型多功能消化道检测仪检测 16例DM患者的食管运动功能。结果显示 :2 1例DM患者胃排空延迟者 11例 ,占 52 .3%。其中血糖 6 .1～ 7.8mmol/L者 5例 ,胃排空均正常 ;血糖c >7.8mmol/L者 16例 ,胃排空延迟 11例 ,占 6 8.75% ,提示高血糖与胃排空延迟有关。 16例DM患者食管运动功能亦有改变 ,主要表现在体部蠕动压偏低 ,强弱不等 ,且有多峰波 ,收缩波时间延长。本组病例均没有典型的消化系统症状 。

To explore gastric and esophageal motility in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM),gastric emptying was investigated in 21 cases with DM by opaque X_ray sign and esophageal motility was detected in 16 cases by SG-3 digestive tract motility measuring instrument.Results showed that gastric emptying was delayed in 16 cases( 52.3% )among 21 cases.Gastric emptying was normal in 5 cases with blood sugar 6.4～7.8 mmol/L,while delayed in 11 ( 68.75% )among 16 cases with blood sugar > 7.8 mmol/L.It is indicated that the delay of gastric emptying is related to the increase of sugar.Abnormalities of esophageal motility in 16 cases appeared as follows:the peristaltic pressure in esophageal body was lowered,the amplitude of peristalsis varied, double-spike wave arised,and the time of contraction wave was extended.No typical gastrointestinal symptoms were found.This indicates that abnormalities of gastric emptying and esophageal motility in patients with DM appeared earlier than clinical manifestations.
