佛手多糖对环磷酰胺造模小鼠巨噬细胞的影响

Effect of Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis Polysaccharide on IL_6 in Macrophages of Cyclophosphamide_Treated Mice

为研究佛手多糖的免疫调节作用 ,用环磷酰胺造成免疫低下小鼠动物模型 ,取小鼠巨噬细胞加脂多糖和不同浓度佛手多糖 ,测定巨噬细胞内外白细胞介素 6 (IL - 6 )的水平。IL - 6的检测采用放射免疫法。结果 :佛手多糖浓度在 4g/L、 2g/L时可提高巨噬细胞外低下的IL - 6水平 ,对巨噬细胞内IL - 6无影响。结论 :佛手多糖可协同脂多糖增加巨噬细胞分泌IL - 6。

To study the immunoregulatory action of Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis polysaccharide(FCSP),cyclophoshamide_treated mice were used as the immunosuppressive model,and the levels of IL_6 inside and outside the macrophages after added with lipopolysaccharide and FCSP were detected by radioimmunoassay.The results showed that FCSP(4?mg/L,2?mg/L)can significantly increase IL_6 outside the macrophage,but cannot affect IL_6 inside the macrophage.It is indicated that FCSP can increase the secretion of IL_6 in macrophages and may promote both humoral immunity and cellular immunity.
