摘要
治理这一概念最早来源于1989年世界银行首创"治理危机"一词,一经提出,立即得到广泛的使用。其中"乡村治理"就是治理理论与中国实际相结合,用来解决中国乡村现实问题的一种新模式。近年来,乡村治理研究方兴未艾,学者们对其研究取得了丰硕的成果。纵观学术界的研究成果,学者们主要从乡村治理的概念、主体、功能、困境和对策等方面来进行研究。
The concept of governance originates from 'Governance Crisis' coined by World Bank in 1989.When proposed,it is used immediately at a large scale.'Rural Governance' is a new model combining governance theory with Chinese reality to solve the practical problems in China.In recent years,scholars have achieved fruitful academic research in rural governance,which mainly focus on rural governance concept,subject,function,difficulties and Countermeasures,etc.
