Native-soil novelist LU Tao-sheng based his works on the countryside south of the Yangtze River.His works formed its own characteristics in the inheritance of traditional native-soil novels.In aspect of enlightenment consciousness,hhe inherited techniques of the realism school that Lu Xun stands as a representative and combined modern democratic consciousness of the reform and opening-up.In the local amorous feelings and 'exotic',he based on the romantic amorous feelings of south Yangtze River and reflected the idealized characteristics of Shen Cong-wen's native works.In the traditional narrative exploration,he emphasized on the integration of traditiona and modernity,and also had his own innovation and development.
