徽州古村落型文化遗产是徽州的文化特质丛,是徽文化的符号和象征。而呈坎又是徽州古村落的代表,具有巨大的潜在旅游价值。在徽州当代旅游中,呈坎具有不可替代的作用。但是,作为一种珍贵的历史遗存,其保护和开发存在诸多严重的问题和误区。作为徽州古村落,呈坎的开发应遵守科学管理与联合经营、分区规划与整合开发、传统回归与特色打造等模式。

The cultural heritage of ancient Huizhou villages is not only the cultural complex,but also the sign and symbol of Huizhou culture.Ancient Cheng Kan is one of the representative villages with great potential value for tourism and plays an irreplaceable role in today＇s tourism of Huizhou.However,as a precious historical relic,its protection and development are subjected to many serious problems and fallacies.As an ancient village,the protection and development of Cheng Kan should be based on the mold of scientific management and joint ventures,sub-regional planning and integrated development,return to tradition and feature building,etc.
