摘要
教学是师生之间因"伟大事物"而产生的相遇,是教师与学生在学习共同体中的实践交往,教师在其中获得自我身份的认同。教学的实践交往属性呼唤教师对学生的敏感,从而发展教学的机智。教学实践的紧迫性需要反思的距离,以从理论上提升教学实践智慧,并承担起教学的责任。
Teaching is an encounter between teachers and students for the purpose of seeking great things . It 's a kind practice within a community of learning, in which teachers obtain their own identities and recognition. The nature Of teaching practice evokes teachers to be sensitive to students" needs and to develop tact of teaching. If also acquires the time for reflection so that teachers can theoretically generate the tact of teaching and, consequently, take on the respons of teaching.
