宫腔镜术后再粘连组织血管内皮生长因子及受体的表达及临床意义

Expression of VEGF and VEGFR2 in Re-adhesion Tissues after Hysteroscopy and Its Significance

[目的]探讨血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）及其受体（VEGFR2）表达与宫腔镜术后再粘连的关系.[方法]选择宫腔镜术后再粘连患者89例（观察组）和同期因不孕常规行宫腔镜检查的患者65例（对照组）,所有患者在宫腔镜下取组织标本,检测并比较两组VEGF及VEGFR2的表达,并分析其与宫腔镜术后再粘连的相关性.[结果]观察组VEGF和VEGFR2的表达显著高于对照组（ P 〉0.05）,且与宫腔镜术后再粘连程度存在相关性.[结论]VEGF和VEGFR2可能参与宫腔镜术后再粘连.

[Objective] To explore the relation between the expression of vascular endothelial growth fac- tor（VEGF） and its receptors（VEGFR2 ） and re-adhesion after hysteroscopy. [Methods]Totally 89 patients with re-adhesion after hysteroscopy（observation group） and 65 patients scheduled for hysteroscopy caused by other reasons（control group） were chosen. The tissues of all patients were obtained under hysteroscope. The expression of VEGF and VEGFR2 in two groups were detected and compared. The relationship of the expres- sion of VEGF and VEGFR2 with re-adhesion after hysteroscopy was analyzed. [Results] The expression of VEGF and VEGFR2 in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（ P 〉0.05）, and had the relation with the degree of re-adhesion after hysteroscopy. [Conclusion] VEGF and VEGFR2 may involve in re-adhesion after hysteroscopy.
