雌激素临床应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 雌激素在女性第二性征的形成,月经周期调节子宫变化及生育中起着重要作用。但许多与生殖功能无关的组织中也具有雌激素芳香化酶的活性,而且雌激素受体广泛分布于各种组织中,这表明由各种组织芳香化酶作用后产生的雌激素可作为一种多功能、自分泌和旁分泌激素而起作用。随着血清雌激素检测技术的建立,雌激素很快成为学者们研究的热点。近年来,雌激素在临床上广泛应用,研究发现许多疾病的病理生理变化与雌激素相关,本文就其在临床上的应用进展综述如下。
