综合技能训练对慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响

Effect of comprehensive technique training on social function of patients with chronic schizophrenia

目的观察综合技能训练对慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响。方法在精神科常规治疗和护理的基础上,对40例精神分裂症患者实施综合技能训练,于入院、出院时采用日常生活能力量表及护士用住院患者观察量表进行测评。结果训练前后40例患者日常生活能力量表及护士用住院患者观察量表评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论综合技能训练有助于稳定患者抑郁、激惹的负性情绪,提高社会适应能力。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive technique training on social function of patients with chronic schizophrenia. Method 40 patients with schizophrenia receive comprehensive technique training based on routine nursing care and treatment of psychiatric department. Assess them by activities of daily living measuring scale （ADL） and Nurses Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation （NOSIE-30） at admission and discharge. Result There is significant difference on scores of ADL and NOSIE-30 between admission and discharge （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Comprehensive technique training can help stable patients＇ negative emotion of depression and irritability and improve their social adaption ability.
