摘要
研究了7-甲氧基萘乙腈的合成工艺,并对合成条件进行了优化。以7-甲氧基四氢萘酮为起始原料,通过LiCH2CN加成、DDQ脱氢、对甲苯磺酸脱水得到目标产物7-甲氧基萘乙腈,总收率达57%,纯度达98%以上。所得产物结构经IR、1 HNMR进行了确证。
The synthetic process of 7-methoxy-naphthalen-l-yl-acetonitrile was studied in this article, and the reaction conditions were optimized. Using 7-methoxy tetralone as raw material, 7-methoxy-naphthalen-l-yl- acetonitrile was synthesized by addition with LiCH2 CN, dehydrogenation with DDQ and dehydration with TsOH . H2O. The total yield of the target compound reached 57% ,purity reached up to 98%. The structure of 7-methoxy-naphthalen-1-yl-acetonitrile was confirmed with IR and 1HNMR.
