高等职业院校战略目标结构体系的设计与改进

On Designing and Improvement of the Structural System of Higher Vocational College's Strategy Goal

正确的战略目标结构体系是高等职业院校实施战略管理的基础。本文从战略目标体系的构成出发,分析了战略目标体系的内容与特征、结构要素与逻辑关系,提出了战略目标设计的原则与方法,针对高等职业院校战略目标设计存在的战略目标迷失、战略环节缺失、战略目标制定与实施过程的断裂等三个主要问题提出了改进建议。

Correct structural system of the strategy goal is the foundation on which the strategy management implementation is based.Starting with the analysis on components of the strategy goal system,this essay analyses the contents and characteristics,as well as structure elements and their logical relations,and proposes the rule and methods of strategy goal designing.Suggestions are made to solve the three major problems existing in higher vocational colleges＇ strategy goal designing.
