实训教学是高职学生职业技能和职业素质培养最重要的环节,校企合作型生产性实训是近年来高职院校普遍采用的实训形式。本文主要针对校企合作型生产性实训的三个主要环节即生产性实训基本型式、实训基地建设、实训教学进行了探讨。

Skills training teaching plays a key role in training professional skills and cultivating professional quality of students in higher vocational colleges.Productive skills training through the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises is the common mode applied in higher vocational colleges.This essay discusses this skills training form from three major aspects： the basic form,the construction of training base and the teaching approach.
