摘要
通过对G03气缸套离子渗氮前后内孔尺寸变化的数据统计分析,找出其变形的相关规律及主要影响因素,提出了控制变形的相应工艺控制措施。
Through data statistics analysis on the size changing of the inner hole before and after the nitrogen deformation of G03 Cylinder Liner,this essay points out the correlative discipline and the major influential elements.The deformation-controlling measures are proposed accordingly.
