摘要
探究了玉石纤维的保暖性、透湿性,以及空气层厚度变化对其保暖性能的影响。选用热阻为保暖性的指标,蒸发散热效能为透湿性指标,对玉石纤维织物在干燥状态和汗湿状态下的热阻和蒸发散热效能进行测试,并与相近规格的涤纶、莫代尔、涤棉、棉+超细丙纶织物进行了对比。测试结果显示,5种织物中玉石纤维织物的热阻值最小,蒸发散热效能最大。就不同空气层厚度对玉石纤维在干燥状态和汗湿状态下的热阻影响进行测试,得出热阻值随着空气层厚度的增加先增大后减小,空气层厚度为15mm时热阻达到最高值。
The thermal retention, moisture-penetrability ot jade tiber and diversification ot thermal retention m dltterent air gap were explored. The thermal resistance and the evaporative heat loss indexes of jade fiber were tested in both dry and sweaty conditions. Compared with polyester, modal, polyester/cotton and cotton/superfine polypropylene, the results showed that in either condition, jade fiber had the lowest thermal resistance and highest evaporative heat loss indexes. The dependence of the thermal resistance on the air gap was investigated. The results showed that as the air gap increasing the thermal resistance reached to the maximum thickness of 15 mm, then monotonously decreased.
