摘要
对自主开发的粘胶/涤纶/木棉和粘胶/涤纶/木棉/银纤维混纺纱拉伸力学性能进行了研究,并与同线密度的粘胶/涤纶纱进行比较,结果表明,混入了木棉后纱线强度值下降显著,混入银纤维长丝后其强度值有所提高,但对纱线整体拉伸特性无显著影响,而且两种木棉混纺纱强度值均达到并超过了FZ/T12004-2006《涤粘混纺本色纱线》标准要求,在后续产品开发中具有很大的使用价值。
The tensile property of viscose/polyester/kapok and viscose/polyester/kapok/silver fiber blending yams was studied. And compared with the viscose/polyester yam, the results indicated that the yam strength fell significantly when blended kapok but improved when blended silver fiber and yarn tensile property had no significant effect. The intensity value of two kinds of kapok blending yarns reached and exceeded the polyester/viscose blending yam standard requirements of FZ/T 12004-2006, so kapok blending yam had a good value in product development.
