73例系统性红斑狼疮患者淋巴细胞亚群分析

Analysis of lymphocyte subsets in 73 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

目的了解系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、B细胞及自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)的改变。方法用流式细胞仪对73例SLE患者及25例健康女性的外周血淋巴细胞亚群进行检测。结果与健康女性比较,97.3%的SLE患者存在淋巴细胞亚群的异常,以CD3+CD4+细胞减低(P<0.01),CD3+CD8+细胞增高(P<0.01),CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+比值减低,多数倒置(P<0.01),CD19+细胞减少(P<0.05)尤为明显。结论 SLE患者免疫功能异常。

Objective To investigate the changes of T lymphocyte subsets,B cells and natural killer cells（NKcells） of peripheral blood in the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）.Methods Lymphocyte subsets of peripherial blood in 73 cases of SLE and 25 healthy famale controls were tested with flow cytometry.Results Compared with the female control group,97.3% cases of SLE reveled the lymphocyte subsets abnormality.CD3＋CD4＋cells were significantly decreased（P0.01）,CD3＋CD8＋ cells were significantly increased（P0.01）,CD3＋CD4＋/CD3＋CD8＋ ratio was decreased and inverted（P0.01）,CD19＋ cells were significantly decreased（P0.05）.Conclusion Immunologic function is abnomal in SLE patients.
