Compared with ″knowledgeable teachers″ and ″technical teachers″,intelligent teachers are in the supreme stage of teachers′ professional development.They are typically characterized by good thinking,practicality and virtue with good thinking being the primary characteristic,practicality the essential characteristic and virtue the purpose and requirements.
