摘要
新课程改革十年,部分教师对改革所提出的新要求不能迅速适应,以及目前教师自身专业素质的薄弱、教师评价体系的不完善和社会家庭等方面因素的影响,使得广大一线教师产生一种心理上的"危机感",这种危机感对改革的实施以及教师自身发展和学生的成长均造成不利影响。文章就影响教师危机感的形成原因进行分析,为保证教师自身发展以促进新课程改革实施效果提供一系列应对措施。
During the ten-year new curriculum reform,some teachers can not quickly adapt to requirements of the new curriculum.This,together with the current weakness in teachers′ professional quality,the imperfect evaluation system and the social and family influence,has led to in-service teachers′ ″sense of crisis″,which adversely affects the implementation of new curriculum reform and the growth of students and teachers themselves.This paper analyzes the causes of teachers′ ″sense of crisis″ and proposes a series of coping measures to ensure teachers development and enhance the implementation of new curriculum reform.
