摘要
"卓越工程师教育培养计划"旨在培养造就一批适应经济社会发展需要的高质量工程人才。高校要紧紧把握这一战略契机,要在专业遴选、培养模式、培养目标和培养方案等诸多方面构建起一整套能有效保障"卓越计划"实施的体系,统筹人才培养各领域的诸多关系;同时还要建立健全各项协调机制,不断完善工程人才培养体系。进一步深化改革,积极探索培养"卓越工程师"的方法和规律,努力造就创新型工程人才。
″Excellent engineer growth plan″ aims at fostering a batch of high-quality engineers to meet the needs of social and economic development.Colleges should take this strategic opportunity to establish a system that can effectively guarantee the implementation of ″excellent engineer growth plan″ in terms of major selection,fostering mode,fostering objective and fostering plan.In the mean time,a mechanism should be established to improve the engineer fostering system on the continuous basis.The colleges should push forward the reform,actively explore the methods and rules of fostering excellent engineers so as to cultivate talents with creative nature.
