摘要
探讨新形势下研究生教育的内在规律,解构研究生创新能力培养的多维实验教学体系,对于培养研究生的创新意识、创新精神和创新能力,提高培养质量具有十分重要的意义。针对当前研究生创新能力培养中存在的主要问题,基于多维模拟角色变换,多维形式、手段和多维场所,包括基础实验模块、技能训练模块、科研训练模块、社会实践模块、创业实践模块在内的一体化、多层次、多维度的实验教学体系,可以全方位提升研究生的创新能力。
Discussing internal rules of graduate education under the new situation and analyzing the graduate students′ innovative ability in experimental teaching system are of great significance in training graduate students′ innovation consciousness,innovation spirit and innovation ability to improve the quality of training.In regard to the main problems in the development of current graduates′ innovative ability,the multi-level and multi-dimensional experimental teaching system,based on multidimensional simulation role of transformation,multip le forms and means and multidimensional space,integrated with basic experimental modules,skills training modules,research training modules,social practice modules and business practices modules,can comprehensively improve the innovative capability of graduates.
