Maintaining a constant advance and continuous innovation are the features and advantages of the ideological and theoretical construction of the Party. Adhering to the guidance of Marxism and using Chinese Marxism to arm the whole Party and educate people are decisive factors to maintain the advanced nature and to promote the cause development of our Party.The 16th CPC Congress has taken ＂the Three Represents＂ as long-term-adhering guiding ideology which shows that the Party is advancing with the times in guiding ideology.It ensures the Party＇s theoretical innovation and development.In the new century and new stage,the Party＇s theoretical construction need all the more the guidance of the concept of scientific development to arm the whole Party,promote its development and build a harmonious society.
