民营企业技术创新面临的困境及其对策——以泉州市为例

Difficulties and Countermeasures of Technological Innovations in Private Enterprises——Taking Quanzhou as an Example

民营企业存在着创新激励机制不完善,风险分担机制不健全,技术创新人才缺乏和融资体制不畅通,技术创新的服务体系不到位等问题,要解决这些问题,需要政府完善相关制度,加强技术创新服务体系的建设,改进技术创新人才引进和培养机制,建立合适的技术创新投融资体制,使民营企业在政策的引导下不断提升技术创新的能力。

In private enterprises＇ innovation,there exist problems as the imperfection of incentive and risk-sharing mechanisms,lack of technological innovation personnels,unsmooth financing and service systems.To solve these problems,the government needs to improve the relevant systems,strengthen the construction of technological innovation service system,improve the mechnisms of bringing in and cultivating innovative personnels and establish appropriate technological innovation investment and financing system.In this way the enterprises can constantly improve their technological innovation under the guidance of the policies.
