Along with the accelerated progress of digitalization and rapid expansion of internet,traditional university journals are meeting unprecedented pressure and challenges.After the analysis of the present state,this article is to discuss about the necessity and feasibility of digitalized publishment in colleges and universities with the purpose of providing references to the enhancement of the ideology,the building of the platform and the quickening of the speed of digitalized publishment.
