摘要
针对水力喷射高剪切、油套混注的特点,室内研发了一种剪切恢复性好、低摩阻的压裂液体系,并初步探索了一种模拟现场施工条件的室内评价方法。经过对压裂液影响因素分析,研究发现,高剪切后的压裂液耐温耐剪切能力下降、粘弹性降低;随着油套液量比增大,成胶速率减慢,高温剪切实验中发现压裂液初期粘度最低,但"二次交联"后粘度最高,温度对"二次交联"影响很大,低温条件下不再出现"二次交联"特性,且耐温耐剪切能力差。经中原油田现场成功应用证明,此压裂液体系抗剪切能力强且可满足较大的油套液量比范围,具有广阔的应用前景。

After the successful application in zhongyuan oilfield, the fracturing of proof liquid shearing ability and can meet the larger oil set of fluid volume range, it has wide application prospects.
