摘要
电缆地层测试器在井下进行地层流体采样时,为了让地层真实流体进入取样筒,需要排除可能侵入地层的泥浆滤液,为此提出在抽排过程中监测地层流体电阻率的识别方法。通过研究流体识别模块中安装传感器的流体筒的流场特性,以提高传感器测试的精确性。运用CFD通用软件FLUENT对流体筒的内部流场进行了数值模拟,分析了该结构内部流场分布情况,同时也计算了分布于绝缘套处的小孔流量和速度,通过具体定量分析,从而为结构的优化设计提供理论依据。
During a wire-line formation tester sampling process, it is necessary to firstly re- move invading mud filtrate form entering the tester, and to gather only the original fluid of formation into the sample chamber of the tester. For this reason, formation fliud indentifica- tion technique of measuring specitic resistance is put forward to identify fliud entering the tester in real-time during Pump-Out. The paper mainly study flow field's character of fluid barrel where sensor is fixed in the fliud indentification module to improve testing accuracy of sensor. Current software FLUENT of CFD technology is applied to stimulate flow field of flu- id barrel, analyzing distribution of flow field. At the same time, flowrate and velocity of microbore in the insulation covering is computed and precisely quantitative analysed. This will provide theoretical basis for optimizing physical design.
