胎盘生长因子（placental growth factor,PIGF）是血管内皮生长因子（vascular endoth elial growthfactor,VEGF）家族中的一员。PIGF不仅能够促进血管内皮细胞,尤其是微血管内皮细胞的增殖,还具有诱导血管内皮细胞的迁移和激活作用，并且可作为内皮细胞生长因子的趋化因子来调节内皮细胞的生长。
