2009～2010年民乐县包虫病流行状况调查

Survey on the Prevalence of Hydatid Disease Minle County,2009-2010

[目的]了解民乐县包虫病流行状况,评价干预措施的效果,为提高防治效益提供科学依据。[方法]对2009～2010年重点人群、犬只、绵羊包虫病感染检测资料进行分析。[结果]2009～2010年累计B超检查22 561人,确诊包虫病病例74例,平均检出率为0.33%。包虫病检出率,2009、2010年分别为0.60%、0.14%。2年包虫病平均检出率,男性、女性分别为0.34%、0.31%(P>0.05);≤30、31～40、41～50、51～60、61～70、≥71岁分别为0.33%、0.27%、0.48%、0.35%、0.20%、0.46%(P>0.05)。2009～2010年检查7～12岁儿童2 950人,血清棘球蚴抗体阳性率为2.51%。棘球蚴抗体阳性率,2009、2010年分别为3.13%、2.22%(P>0.05);男性、女性分别为2.76%、2.25%(P>0.05);7～12岁分别为1.46%、1.84%、2.87%、2.31%、3.07%、3.37%(P>0.05)。犬只粪便棘球绦虫抗原阳性率,2009年驱虫前后分别为11.74%、6.75%(P<0.01);2010年驱虫后为4.76%,低于2009年驱虫后(P<0.05)。绵羊包虫病感染率,2009年本县感染棘球绦虫绵羊为8.01%,2010年本县生产绵羊为7.27%。[结论]民乐县居民包虫病患病率较高,家犬、羊只中均有棘球绦虫感染。

[Objective]To know the prevalence of hydatid disease in Minle county;evaluate the effectiveness of intervention measures,so as to provide the scientific basis for improving prevention and treatment effectiveness.[Methods]Analysia was made on the test data of focus groups,dogs,sheep infected with hydatid disease during 2009-2010.[Results]A total of 22 561 people having the B-ultrasound diagnosis during 2009-2010,74 people were infected with hydatid disease and the average detection rate was 0.33%;the detection rate of hydatid disease was 0.60% and 0.14% respectively in 2009 and 2010;the male＇s hydatid disease average detection rates was 0.34%（P0.05） and the female＇s hydatid disease average detection rates was 0.31%（P 0.05）,the people aged under 30 was 0.33%,the people aged 31 to 40 was 0.27%,the people aged 41 to 50 was 0.48%,the people aged 51 to 61 was 0.35%,the people aged 51 to 61was 0.20%,the people aged above 71 was 0.46%（P0.05）;2 950 children aged 7 to 12 having the B-ultrasound diagnosis from 2009 to 2010,in which the antibody-positive rate of blood serum echinococcus was 2.51%;these people＇s antibody-positive rate of echinococcus was 3.13% and 2.22%（P0.05） respectively in 2009 and 2010,male＇s was 2.76%（P0.05） and female＇s was 2.25%（P0.05）;people aged 7 to 12 whose antibody-positive rate of echinococcus was 1.46%,1.84%,2.87%,2.31%,3.07%,and 3.37%（P0.05） respectively in each age stage;the dogs＇ antigen-positive rate was 11.74% and 6.75%（P0.01） respectively before and after de-worming in 2009;after de-worming in 2010,the rate was 4.76%,which was lower than in 2009（P0.05）;the infected rate of sheep hydatid disease of Minle county was 8.01% in 2009 and the infected rate of the sheep born in Minle county was 7.27% in 2010.[Conclusion]The residents in Minle county have a high level of hydatid disease;dogs and sheep both have the echinococcus infection.
