2009年许昌市某学院肺结核患者密切接触者调查

Survey on Close Contacts of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients in a College of Xuchang City,2009

[目的]了解某学院肺结核患者密切接触者结核菌感染情况和发病情况。[方法]2009年5月,对某学院674名肺结核患者密切接触者进行结核菌素试验(PPD)筛查,反应强阳性者做胸部X线检查。[结果]调查肺结核患者密切接触者674人PPD强阳性者159人,强阳性率为23.59%,其中城环学院为25.23%、计算机学院为22.52%、电信学院为23.07%(P>0.05);男生为22.20%,女生为26.16%(P>0.05);筛查中发现1例涂阴肺结核患者。316例PPD阴性者2个月后复查,检出强阳性1人,一般阳性74人,未发现肺结核患者。[结论]对肺结核患者密切接触者进行结核菌素试验筛查是发现潜在结核病患者的有效途径。

[Objective]To investigate the status of close contacts of tuberculosis patients and the incidence of TB infection.[Methods]A total of 674 close contacts of TB patients were screened by tuberculin test（PPD）,and the strong positive reactions were investigated by X-ray of chest.[Results]There were 159 strong PPD-positive patients in 674 close contacts of TB patients.The total strong positive rate was 23.59%,and the City Central Institute was 25.23%,and the Computer Science Institute was 22.52%,and the Telecommunications Institute was 23.07%（P0.05）;the boy students were 22.20%,and the girl students were 26.16%,there was no significant difference（P0.05）.Among the strong positive patients,one case of TB was diagnosed.After two months of review,there were 1 case of strong PPD-positive patient and 74 cases of positive patients in the 316 cases of PPD-negative,and no TB patient was found.[Conclusion]It is an effective way to find the potential TB patients on the close contacts of TB patients screened by Tuberculin test.
