2001～2010年凯里市实施结核病防治规划终期效果评价

Evaluation on End Effect of the TB Control Project in Kaili City,2001-2010

[目的]了解结核病防治规划实施情况,总结经验,为制定今后结核病防治实施计划提供依据。[方法]对凯里市2001～2010年结核病防治规划工作进行评估。[结果]2001～2010年累计登记可疑肺结核病人10 213例,平均就诊率为2.18‰,发现6 035例肺结核病人。涂片检查8 325例,阳性2 044例(初治1 638例、复治406例)。治疗6～8月时,初治涂阳病人治愈率为87.12%,复治涂阳病人治愈率为80.84%。[结论]2001～2010年肺结核病人发现率和治愈率均达到规划要求。

[Objective]To understand the condition of capacity building at county CDC in Longyan city,so as to put forward suggestions for improvement.[Methods] In January to February,2011,the condition of capacity building at 7 county CDCs in Longyan city were investigated.[Results]Of 269 formal workers at 7 county-level CDC,per million population of 0.98 people,the ratio of males to females was 1.59∶1;above 40 years old accounted for 62.45%,50 years old accounted for 25.28%;colleges,vocational secondary schools and university degree accounted for 37.55%,37.92%and 18.96% respectively;middle professional title,junior title,high title personnel,no title personnel accounted for 38.66%,33.09%,14.87%,and 13.38% respectively;technical personnel accounted for 88.48%,administrators and workers accounted for 11.52%;professional personnel of sanitation,Chinese and Western medicine and other professional,inspection,nursing professional accounted for 51.67%,31.23%,10.78%,and 6.32%,comprehensive capacity indices were 4.93-6.51.The average personnel worker area was 65.26 m2,the average personnel worker area did not reach the standard required in Xinluo district（28.94 m2）,Shanghang county（56.25 m2）,Liancheng county（45.79 m2）.The proportion of laboratory space area was 30.46%.The proportion of laboratory space area did not reach the standard required in Xinluo district,Zhangping city,Shanghang county,Wuping county,Liancheng county.The attainment rate reached the standard required of the A,B class equipment was 31.92%-83.33%,17.20%-54.82% in the county CDC,the rate of A class testing event carried out was 37.29%-68.64%.[Conclusion]The structure of staff is unreasonable,the test capacity need to be strengthened,the working conditions need to be improved at county-level CDCs in Longyan city.
