摘要
本研究评价了作为NR、NBR和CR阻燃剂及NR硫化胶抗氧剂,从分布在印度东部地区一种当地植物漆树科Odina—Wodier的树胶中收集到的一种可再生植物聚合物(RPP)。植物树胶通过溶解度、粘度、IR、元素分析、pH等方法纯化和表征后,用作上述研究硫化胶的混合组分。对RPP的初步研究,NR、NBR和CR中较高的极限氧指数(LOI)的值可以证明其阻燃效应,100±2℃等温老化72小时后。NR硫化胶中一些物理机械性能,即200%、300%的定伸应力、拉伸强度和扯断伸长率较高的保持率可以证明其抗氧化性能。所有情况下的结果都和相同条件下的标准工业合成添加剂,即阻燃剂Sb2O3和抗氧剂N-苯基-N’-异丙基对苯二胺(IPPD)进行了比较。
In an investigation a renewable plant polymer(RPP) collected as a gum from a local plant Odina- Wedier, anacardiceae family scattered in eastern part of India was evaluated for flame retardant in NR, NBR and CR and antioxidant additive in NR vulcanizate. The plant gum was purified and characterized by solubility, viscosity, IR, elemental analysis, pH etc. arid used as a blend component in the above vulcanizates studied. In a preliminary investigation the RPP showed flame retarding effects as evidenced by higher limiting oxygen index(LOI) values in NR, NBR and CR and also anfioxidant properities as reflected in higher percent retention of some physicomechanical properties viz. ,200% ,300% modulus,tensile strength and elongation at break in NB vulcanizate after isothermal aging at 100:1: 2 for 72 hours. In all the cases the results were compared with the standard commercial synthetic additives viz., Sb2O3, fire retardant and N- phenyl- N' - isopropyl- p-'phenylene diamine( IPPD), antioxidant under identical condition.
