摘要
促胰岛素分泌或增加胰岛素敏感性均对癌症的发展有不同程度的影响。糖尿病患者癌症危险升高与口服降糖药使用的关系,以及各种口服降糖药对糖尿病患者癌症危险的影响成为关注的焦点。本综述以新近发表的部分临床证据对此作初步解答和探索。
Promoting insulin secretion and enhancing insulin sensitivity can affect cancer＇s occurrence and development. The impact of cancer risk related with various oral hypoglycemic agents in diabetic patients causes more and more concern. Based on recent clinical publications, this review gives a preliminary answer and exploration.
