摘要
随着我国自然保护区建设的大力推进,自然保护区的数量、面积都有了很大的提高。铁路工程由于受其自身长度较大、技术条件限制、需要靠近经济据点等因素影响,经常会与自然保护区发生关系。本文在简要介绍了铁路工程建设的特点和自然保护区的设置情况后,分析了铁路工程建设对自然保护区的影响,并在此基础上从设计、施工和运营三个阶段提出了铁路工程建设与自然保护区的协调发展,铁路建设应采取选线绕避等各类防护措施,最大限度地减少对自然保护区的影响。
With the increasing advancement of the nature reserves construction in China, the quantity and area of the nature reserves has been greatly improved. The railway constructions often relate to the nature reserves because of its long length, the technical constraints, and approach to economic base. After introducing the characteristics of the railway constructions and setting situations, this paper analyses the impact of the nature reserves affected by the railway construction. Based on these, this paper also brings forward the harmonious development idea between the railway construction and the nature reserves from three phases of design, construction and operation, in which the railway construction must take various types of protective measures such as the route selection in order to minimize the impact on nature reserves.
