摘要
中国居民谷类摄入量在不同地区和不同人群有很大不同,表现在均衡摄入人群比例过低,过高和过低摄入人群与谷类合理摄入地区有很大差异,导致现代营养疾病在中国的发病率逐年升高。结合近年研究,对中国居民谷类摄入量与现代营养疾病的关系进行探索。结果表明,谷类摄入量与现代营养疾病存在明显的因果联系。
Chinese residents grains intakes is different in different areas and populations.The proportion of talanced diet is low, which lead to the incidence of nutritional diseases increasing in China.The article studies on the relationship between Chinese residents grains intakes and nutritional diseases,the results show that grains intake and modern nutrition disease exists obvious causal link.
