Seven Questions about Project Suter

文章试图从“舒特”产生的背景、美空军的现实和长远军事需求等方面认识“舒特”的作战目标、能力特点；从“舒特”对专用实时宽带数据链的需求，探讨对抗现代先进综合防空系统所需用的“全时侦察、全时干扰”电子攻击体系架构，以及“舒特”的技术本质和体制优势。文章不求全面，只求触及本质。

Based on the appearance background of Project Suter, and from the present and future military requirements of US air force, the operational targets and capabilities of Project Suter are expatiated in this paper. From the demand of Project Suter on the special real-time wideband datalink, ＂the all-time reconnaissance and jamming＂ electronic attack system architecture which is needed to counter modem integrated air defense system is discussed, and the technique essence and the system superiority of Project Suter are also discussed. We don＇ t want to explore all things of Project Suter, and only want to explore its essence.
