Caspase-3蛋白在尖锐湿疣组织中的表达及临床意义

Expression of Caspase-3 protein in condyloma acuminatum tissue and its clinical significance

目的:探讨尖锐湿疣组织中Caspase-3的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法分别检测39例女性宫颈尖锐湿疣组织和35例慢性宫颈炎组织中Caspase-3的表达。结果:Caspase-3在尖锐湿疣组织和慢性宫颈炎组织中均呈阳性表达,但前者显著低于后者(χ2=6.02,P<0.05)。结论:Caspase-3的表达下调在尖锐湿疣的发生发展中起一定作用。

Objective： To explore the expression of Caspase - 3 protein in condyloma acuminatum tissue and its clinical signifi- cance. Methods ： Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression levels of Caspase - 3 protein in 39 samples of condyloma acuminatum tissue and 35 samples of chronic eervicitis tissue. Resuts： Caspase - 3 protein expressed in condyloma acuminatum tisue and chronic cervicitis tissue positively, but the expression level of Caspase - 3 protein in condyloma acuminatum tissue was significantly lower than that in chronic cervicitis tissue （X2 = 6.02, P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclion： The down -regulation of Caspase -3 protein plays a certain role in the occurrence and deveopment of condyloma acuminatum.
