摘要
刑事和解制度在我国司法体制中已试行了数年,然而基层检察院在审查逮捕阶段的刑事和解实践依然很少。文章结合目前刑事和解制度在实践中的运用情况进行研究,以期更好地在审查逮捕阶段发挥其化解纷争、促进和谐、服务经济社会的作用。
Criminal conciliation system has been used for many years in Chinese justice system.However,there is less practice in grass-roots procuratorate in the stage of investigation and arrest.The paper did research combing with present application of criminal conciliation in practice so as to play the role of it in easing contradictions,promoting harmony and serving economy and society in the stage of investigation and arrest.
