摘要
目的改进大鼠缺血性心律失常模型的制备方法,从而提高模型建立的阳性率。方法分别用两种方法即单纯手术线结扎大鼠冠状动脉左前降支(传统法)及应用硅胶管固定大鼠冠状动脉左前降支(硅胶管法)制备大鼠缺血性心律失常模型,观察两种方法制备心律失常的阳性率、心律失常类型及持续时间,并进行心律失常评分,从而评价两种实验方法的优劣。结果与传统组比较,硅胶管组心律失常模型阳性率、心律失常评分明显提高,心律失常持续时间明显延长(P<0.05)。结论应用硅胶管法制备缺血性心律失常模型,动物成模率高,操作简便,适合在学生实验中推广应用。
Objective To explore a better method of inducing the ischemic arrhythmia rat model to increase the successful rate.Methods The ischemic arrhythmia rat models were established by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery with thead(traditional method) and fixing the left anterior descending coronary artery with the silica gel tube(silica gel tube method),respectively.The successful rate,the type,the duration and the grade of the cardiac arrhythmia were observed and compared.Results Compared with traditional method,the successful rate and the cardiac arrhythmia grade were increased significantly(P0.05),and the duration of cardiac arrhythmia was prolonged obviously by silica gel tube method(P0.05).Conclusion The silica gel tube method of producing ischemic arrhythmia in rats should be widely used in the experiment teaching because of its high achievement ratio and its easiness to operate.
