摘要
目的探讨BL-420生物机能实验系统在肌梭放电实验中的应用。方法制备蟾蜍离体坐骨神经-缝匠肌标本,用BL-420生物机能实验系统记录不同牵拉刺激对肌梭传入放电活动的影响,并进行相关的数据处理。结果低频是维持肌紧张性的条件;快速牵拉时放电频率急剧增加;缓慢持续牵拉时放电频率介于静息与快速牵拉之间。结论 BL-420生物机能实验系统提供了一个有效的肌梭放电实验方法,并为本硕生科研技能训练提供了平台。
Objective To explore the application of BL-420 biofunction laboratory system in the experiment on discharge of muscle spindle.Methods Under different stretch stimulation,the afferent discharge of isolated toad sartorial muscle spindle was recorded and processed using the BL-420 biofunction laboratory system.Results The low frequency was the necessary condition for maintaining the muscle tension.Fast stretch increased the frequency of discharge.The frequency of discharge caused by continuously slow stimulation was between the rest and fast stretch.Conclusion BL-420 biofunction laboratory system may be a more perfect method for determining the discharge of muscle spindle,which will provide an experiment training platform for undergraduate students.
