福建省水产加工人才培训培养情况调研

Investigation on the situation of cultivation and training of talent from aquatic product processing industry in Fujian

本文通过收集资料和对福建省部分水产企业及相关政府(行业)部门进行走访调查,着重分析福建省水产加工企业现状、水产行业的人才结构和人才需求情况,重点指出福建水产加工业在人才培训培养方面所存在的不足和问题,探寻高校相关专业的人才输出与社会需求接轨的有效途径。

The talent is the core to promote development of aquatic product processing industry.This paper analyzed the problems of aquatic product processing industry and the current situation of the talents cultivation in Fujian province,through the investigation and interview on the aquatic enterprises and the related government departments.This paper found the relevant personnel training problems through the investigation and statistics analysis.On this basis,corresponding recommendations and strategies were proposed： enhancing the association between colleges and enterprises,enhancing administration and coordination mechanism of government etc.It also sought effective solutions and means for the related professional talent output and social needs.
