摘要
通过对氧化铝熟料烧结过程进行分析,建立了氧化铝熟料窑传热数学模型。利用现场实际参数对该模型进行计算求解,得到了熟料窑内气体和物料的轴向温度分布,并分析了生产过程中过剩空气系数和掺煤量等主要参数对窑内温度分布的影响,提出了相应的操作参数。
Based on the analysis of alumina clinker sintering process, the mathematical model of heat transfer for alumina clinker rotary kiln was built. The model was computed using the in-site parameters to get the axial temperature distribution of gases and materials in the clinker rotary kiln. And the impact of main parameters in the production process like excess air coefficient, coal adding quantity, etc. on the temperature distribution in clinker rotary kiln was analyzed, and the corresponding operating parameters were given.
