摘要
利用现有设备,对多年积存下来的废氯化亚锡,采用中和沉锡,洗涤脱氯,氧压浸出,浓缩结晶,离心过滤的工艺,回收了废氯化亚锡中的锡,产出了合格的锡酸钾。在工业设备上进行回收作业的结果表明,锡直接回收率91.77%,总回收率96.02%,锡入渣率3.74%。
With the available equipment,the tin was recovered from scrap stannous chloride accumulated for many years by the process of neutralization-precipitation,washing and dechlorination,oxygen pressure leaching, concentration-crystallization,centrifugal filtering.The qualified potassium stannate was produced.The results of recovery operation using industrial equipment showed that the direct recovery rate of tin is 91.77%,the total recovery rate of tin is 96.02%and the tin transfered from solution to leaching slag is 3.74%.
