听觉统合训练对轻度认知功能障碍老人认知能力的影响

Effect of auditory integration training on the cognitive function in elderly with mild cognitive impairment

目的探讨听觉统合训练对轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)老人认知能力的影响。方法将入选的60例60～75岁的MCI老人随机分成训练组30例和对照组30例。训练组每天上午9:00～9:30在课题组人员指导下进行训练,每周6d,每天0.5h,持续6个月;对照组不进行训练干预。6个月后用基本认知能力测验软件进行组内及组间对照,评价两组老人认知功能变化情况。结果 6个月后基本认知能力测验中数字快速拷贝、汉字快速比较、心算答案回忆方面训练组优于对照组(P<0.05),训练组干预后优于干预前(P<0.05)。结论听觉统合训练可改善MCI老人的认知功能。

Objective To evaluate the effect of auditory integration training on the cognitive function in elderly with mild cognitive impairment（MCI）. Methods Sixty elderly aged 60 to 75 years old with MCI were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The elderly in the experimental group received auditory integration training for half an hour every day for six months. The patients＇ cognitive function was assessed by Basic Cognitive Ability Test before and after training. Results Six months after training,the patients＇ performance on digital copy,Chinese word comparison,mental arithmetic answer memories in the basic cognitive ability test were significantly higher in the experimental group than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Auditory integration training can improve the cognitive function of older people with MCI.
