摘要
目的探索应用书面沟通与互动提高新护士职业稳定性的方法 ,评价实施效果。方法通过书面沟通,与指导老师交流,召开座谈会的干预措施,对17名新护士在实施干预前后进行调查。结果书面沟通与互动帮助护理管理者及时了解新护士的思想动态与需求,实施个性化干预,促进新护士思维能力和专业水平的提高。结论书面沟通与互动是提高新护士职业稳定性行之有效的方法之一。
Objective To evaluate the effect of written communication and interaction on improving the professional stability among new nurses. Method Seventeen new nurses received interventions by the means of written communication and interaction with tutors and symposium. The nurses were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire before and after intervention. Result Written communication and interaction could help nursing administrator understand what new nurses think and need,and then provide individualized intervention to improve the thinking ability and professional competence of new nurses. Conclusion Written communication and interaction is an effective way to improve the professional stability of new nurses.
