2007年3月30日上午9时，中国医学科学院、中国协和医科大学党委书记、北京协和医院院长刘谦教授；医院党委书记常务副院长鲁重美教授；北京协和医院副院长、《中华肝胆外科杂志》副总编赵玉沛教授；卫生部肝胆肠外科研究中心主任、中南大学乍物医学工程研究院院长、中国内镜医师分会会长张阳德教授；

At nine o＇ clock on the morning of 30 March, 2007, Prof. Liu Qian, Secretary of the Party Committee of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and China Union Medical College and Presiden! of Peking Union Medical College Hospital; Prof. Lu Chong-mei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Standing Vice-President of Peking Union Medical College Hospital; Prof. Zhao Yu- pei, Vice-President of Peking Union Medical College Hospital and Vice-Director of Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery; Prof. Zhang Yang-de, Director of Hepatobiliary ＆ Enleric Surgery Research Center of Ministry of Health, President of Institute of Biomedical Engineering of Central South University, and President of Chinese Endoscopy Doctors Association; Ms. Li ,lia-xi, famous expert in digestive endoscopy and wife to Prof. Chen Min-zhang, ex-Minister of Health; Doc. Cao Shi-zhi, Vice-President of International Association of Digestive Endoscopy and Prof. Zhang Qi-lian of Peking University First Hospital, attended the establishment ceremony.
