摘要
根据我国南海深海管线用钢的技术要求,通过合理的成分设计、优化的坯型尺寸、加热制度及控轧控冷工艺,成功开发了具有优异综合性能的31.8mm厚X70海底管线用热轧钢板,其全壁厚组织以均匀细小的针状铁素体+少量M-A岛为主,具有较高的横、纵向强度和良好的低温止裂韧性,满足了南海深海管线用钢的技术要求。
According to the technical specifications of the plate used for submerged pipeline in south sea, the 31.8mm thickness X70 hot-rolled plate used for submerged pipeline were developed by reasonable composition design and optimized slab size, reheating schedule, controlled rolling and controlled cooling process. The main microstructure of the plate with high strength and good anti-crack toughness at low temperature consist of uni- form fine acicular ferrite and a small number of M-A island so that the plate can meet the technical requirements of submerged pipeline in south sea.
