中职生满意度调查报告——以南京市若干中职学校267名中职生为样本

Investigation Report on the Satisfaction Degree of Secondary Vocational School Students——The Sample of 267 Students of Some Secondary Vocational Schools in Nanjing

以东部发达地区城市中等职业学校为背景,调查显示,中职生整体满意度较低,影响中职教育的进一步发展。为推进中职教育改革与发展,提升中职生满意度,要转变传统应试教育模式,引导学生形成正确的职业导向;完善校内实习实训设施,加大中职生企业实习实训力度;优化职校专业课程设置,突出专业课教材的职业针对性;密切职校与社会的联系,探索有特色的职校生管理模式。

Taking secondary vocational schools in cities of eastern developed regions as the background, and the investigation shows that the whole satisfaction degree of secondary vocational school students is lower, which impact the further development of secondary vocational education. The recommendations for promoting the reform and development of secondary vocational education and improving the satisfaction degree of its students include： perfect the intramural practical facilities, enhance the dynamics of students＇ practice in enterprises, optimize the setting of specialties and curriculum, highlight pro- fessional pertinence of teaching materials of specialized courses, strengthen the linkage of vocational schools and society, and explore distinctive management model for vocational school students.
