回归十年澳门高等职业教育发展特点及策略走向

On the Development Features and Strategic Tendency of Macao's Higher Vocational Education During 10-years of Its Returning to China

近年来,澳门积极转变教育观念,把大力发展职业教育作为推动经济发展的战略重点,创建有特色的高等职业教育体系,有力推动了经济社会的发展。但在发展中,澳门职业教育仍面临观念陈旧、发展规划缺失、没有与产业发展形成有效互动、技能学科缺弱等问题。澳门应进一步加强高等职业教育的战略地位,完善职教法规体系,加强国际合作,加强与产业发展互动。

In recent years, the Macao government positively changes educational concept, takes vigorous development voca- tional education as the key of promoting economic development and constructs a distinctive higher vocational education system, which promotes the development of economy and society greatly. However, in the process of development, vocational education in Macao still faces a series of problems, such as old concept, lack of development scheme, shortage of effective interaction with industrial growth and weakness and shortage of skilled subject. To solve the problem, the Macao government should further strengthen strategic position of higher vocational education, perfect its statute system, enhance international cooperation and reinforce the interaction with industrial growth.
